Saudi Arabia-based technology and engineering company WE Solutions and Movandi, a semiconductor and wireless infrastructure company, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to accelerate the introduction and deployment of advanced wireless connectivity technologies across Saudi Arabia.
The strategic partnership combines Movandi’s mmWave, RF semiconductor, beamforming, smart repeater and software-defined networking technologies with WE Solutions’ local engineering, systems integration, cybersecurity and infrastructure capabilities. The companies aim to help customers move from technology evaluation and proof-of-concept projects to operational deployments.
The partnership comes as Saudi Arabia continues to invest in digital infrastructure across telecommunications, government, transportation, enterprise and large-scale development projects. The companies said their collaboration will focus on adapting advanced wireless technologies to complex deployment environments within the Kingdom.
Under the agreement, WE Solutions and Movandi will work on customer demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments, followed by systems and network integration, testing and performance validation. The partnership will also cover local engineering, installation, commissioning and deployment support.
Cybersecurity and infrastructure integration will form another part of the collaboration, while the companies plan to support the development of Saudi-based engineering and deployment capabilities.

She said the partnership is intended to help customers move from technology demonstrations toward real-world implementation across the Kingdom.
WE Solutions Managing Director Mike Bramwell said advanced connectivity requires the ability to integrate and operate technologies in real-world environments. He said combining the company’s local engineering and delivery capabilities with Movandi’s wireless technologies could create opportunities across telecommunications, government, giga-projects, transportation, enterprise and critical infrastructure.
The companies plan to pursue projects across telecommunications, government, giga-projects, transportation, industrial environments, enterprises and critical infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.
For Movandi, the partnership provides a local platform to expand the deployment of its wireless infrastructure technologies in the Saudi market. For WE Solutions, the agreement broadens its portfolio of advanced wireless solutions that can be integrated into operational networks and infrastructure projects.
The companies also expect the collaboration to contribute to the development of local technology, engineering and deployment expertise as Saudi Arabia expands next-generation digital infrastructure.
